Manager Job Position in Gujarat Infrastructure Development Board on contract basis
- Manager — Admin & HR
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : 1. Candidate will be degree in any discipline with post graduation in Admin& HR having minimum 3-5 years of Post Qualification experience in dealing with administrative & HR work in reputed organization, will be preferred. 2. Candidate must possess strong knowledge of administrative matters pertaining to organization which includes Vehicle purchase, maintenance, establishment expenses, office maintenance, stationery, printing, and related aspects.
- Manager—Land
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : 1. Candidate Should be Graduate in Engineering/Architecture/Planning or related field with a Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University with good academic record. A Masters Degree in Planning/Land Economics/Real Estate or related field is preferable. 2. Candidate must have experience in dealing with Land management issues/works for a period of minimum 3-5 years.
- Manager —Technical

Qualification : 1. Candidate should be Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with good academic record. A Master Degree is preferred. 2. Candidate must be Manager Technical having minimum experience 3-5 years in infrastructure related planning, design and construction. 3. Candidate should have the ability to facilitate timely completion of Project through planning and monitoring. 4. Candidate should have ability to Prepare and monitor baseline estimates, cost to complete and MIS reports.
- Manager —Secretarial & Legal

Qualification : 1. Candidate should be Graduate in Law from a recognized University with good academic record. Professional Degree in Legal or Company Secretary or related field is preferred. 2. Candidate must be having minimum experience 3-5 years in Secretarial and Legal work in reputed organization. 3. Candidate should have the ability to Prepare, review and update Contract Administration, Commercial and Change Management procedures. 4. Candidate should have the ability to Review and Appraise the Tender and Contract document and address as well as managing claims. 5. Candidate should Assist Company Secretary in all matters related to secretarial works for the company. 6. Candidate should have ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Manager—Accounts and Finance

Qualification : 1. Candidate having minimum experience 3-5 years in Accounts, Finance etc or related field work in reputed organization, and should be well conversant with treasury related aspect. 2. Candidate should Assist Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in accounts and finance related aspects. 3. Candidate should be able to Use TALLY and other related software to carry out various accounting activities. 4. Candidate should Review and Finalize Vouchers. 5. Candidate should have ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
